• Plastic part design with consideration for DFM principles, specifically for injection and pour molded components

• Experience with various materials (PA6, PA6 +%GF, TPE, and TPU) for molded and co-molded parts

• Skilled in part validation using SolidWorks tools, verifying manufacturability and part outlook

• Experience integrating and interfacing parts with electronic components, considering factors like fitment, durability, moisture and heat mitigation, noise abatement, and aesthetics
